SDG 2: Zero Hunger  
Combating hunger and ensuring food security is a critical aspect of sustainable development. Together with the Jordanian project Ezwatti, we created Salad Master.” What sets this game apart is that a portion of the revenues generated from in-game purchases goes toward providing meals for those in need. By integrating social impact into gameplay, we actively contribute to SDG 2 and promote sustainable farming practices to address hunger-related issues.

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being 
 
Maysalward believes in promoting good health and well-being through our games. Kazdoura is an innovative game that gamifies the experience of walking, encouraging players to engage in physical activity and prioritize their well-being. By promoting active living through enjoyable gameplay, we actively contribute to SDG 3 and inspire players to adopt healthier habits.

SDG 4: Quality Education
 
 Maysalward, in partnership with the International Labor Organization (ILO), has embarked on a mission to advance vocational studies among school students in the MENA region. This strategic collaboration has enlisted the expertise of Maysalward’s development team to create an educational game “مساري الوظيفي “  that aims to impart a more profound understanding of the significance of vocational education. The game leverages the immersive experience of gaming to raise awareness about the extensive range of career opportunities that vocational skills can unlock, thereby enabling students to make informed decisions about their future prospects. This innovative approach shall serve to empower students, whilst contributing to the development of a highly skilled workforce, thereby fueling economic growth. This initiative encompasses the tenets of Quality Education (SDG 4).
 
Maysalward is deeply committed to SDG 4 where Quality Education and has made significant contributions in this area. As a technical partner for the Gaming Lab, a King Abdullah II Fund for Development project, Maysalward has played a vital role in promoting quality education in Jordan. Maysalward provides training, support, and guidance to young Jordanians through their involvement in operating six gaming labs nationwide. Their annual App Challenge initiative offers a platform for young participants between 14 and 16 years old to develop their mobile game concepts, fostering their creativity and problem-solving skills. By integrating gaming elements into educational experiences, Maysalward harnesses the power of gaming to enhance learning outcomes and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Their efforts exemplify a solid dedication to empowering youth through education and utilizing technology for positive social impact.

SDG 5: Gender Equality and Women Empowerment 
 
Promoting gender equality and empowering women is a cause close to our hearts. In partnership with UN Women, we developed WeRise,” a game that challenges gender norms, raises awareness about gender-based issues, and promotes inclusivity. By weaving captivating storytelling and interactive gameplay, we aim to empower players and create a world where gender equality thrives. Furthermore, within our operations, we strive to foster a culture of gender equality and are proud signatories of the UN Women initiative.

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities 
 
Reducing inequalities is a fundamental goal at Maysalward. Recently, we welcomed a visually impaired team member, embracing diversity and creating an inclusive environment. By valuing the potential of all team members, we strive to reduce inequalities within our organization and create a more equitable society.

SDG 14: Life Below WaterPuff Out.  

 

 

At Maysalward, we understand the importance of preserving marine ecosystems. That’s why we developed “Puff Out,” a game centered around SDG 14: Life Below Water. Through the character of Leo, the Fish, players embark on an educational journey, raising awareness about the perils of sea pollution.
