كيفية الفوز؟
لكي تكون مؤهلاً للعب هذه اللعبة والفوز بالجائزة، يجب الموافقة على الشروط والاحكام . البدء باللعب يعني الموافقة على الشروط والاحكام.
جوائز اللعبة
للتأهّل للفوز بالجائزة للمقيمين في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية ، الرجاء التأكد من أن يتم اعتماد اسم المشترك في خط زين مطابقاً للإسم الوارد في بطاقة الهوية.
لا يسمح بتحويل الجوائز، نقلها أو استبدالها من قبل الفائزين. و للمشتركين من خارج الاردن لا تتحمل الجهة المسؤولة عن اللعبة تكاليف الضرائب المحلية و الجمارك ان وجدت.
المسؤولية المحدودة
عن طريق المشاركة، المشتركين يعفون، يطلقون، يعوضون، يدافعون ويحافظون على اللعبة وكل من شركائهم، حلفائهم، موزعيهم، وكالات إعلانهم، عملائهم وموظفيهم، قادتهم، مدرائهم، وممثليهم من أي مطالبات، خسائر، وضرر ناتج عن مشاركتهم في هذه اللعبة أو نشاطاتها المصحوبة وقبول واستخدام، سوء استخدام، أو حيازة أي جائزة معطاة في الآتي.
لعبة علا حول العالم لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي خطأ، إغفال، إنقطاع، حذف، عيب، أو تأخير في العمل أو البث؛ فشل في خطوط التواصل؛ السرقة أو التدمير أو الدخول غير المصرح فيه لمدخلات المسابقة أو نماذج الدخول؛ أو تعديل المدخلات أو نماذج الدخول. لعبة علا حول العالم غير مسؤولة عن المشاكل أو الأعطال الفنية في شبكات أو خطوط الهاتف، أنظمة الحاسوب على شبكة الانترنت، الملقمات أو مزودي الخدمة، معدات الحاسوب، البرمجيات، الفشل في مدخلات البريد الالكتروني المفترض استلامها بسبب مشكلة تقنية أو تزاحم شديد على شبكة الانترنت أو الموقع الإلكتروني، الخطأ البشري بكافة أنواعه، أو اجتماع أي من المسببات المحتملة، بما فيها أي إصابة أو ضرر يلحق بأجهزة حاسوب المشتركين أو أي أشخاص آخرين، ترتبط أو تنتج عن المشاركة، تحميل أو تنزيل المواد المرتبطة بالمسابقة.
الشروط
تعتبر هذه اللعبة باطلة المفعول في أماكن حظرها. تخضع هذه اللعبة لقوانين وتعليمات المملكة الهاشمية الأردنية مع إمكانية تواجد بعض القيود.
سيكون على المشتركين: (أ) الالتزام بهذه القواعد؛ (ب) قبول قرارات منظم لعبة علا حول العالم مؤسسة ميس الورد و علا الفارس واعتبارها نهائية فيما يتعلق بالمسابقة؛ و(ج) الموافقة على أن يستخدم منظم اللعبة اسم اللاعب، صورته، إعجابه “Likeness” و/أو صوته في أي من وسائط الإعلام الاجتماعي، الدعاية أو الإعلان المرتبطة وغير المرتبطة باللعبة بما فيها من حملات مستقبلية لميس الورد و علا حول العالم من دون تعويض أو طلب إذن مسبق. في حال كان الفائزون المختارون لأي جائزة غير مؤهلين أو رافضين للجائزة، يتم التنازل عن الجائزة، وتحتفظ ميس الورد و علا الفارس بحرية التصرف حيث يمكن أن تختار منح الجائزة/ اللقب لمشترك آخر.
موظفي ميس الورد و علا الفارس الشركات التابعة لها، وكالات الدعاية والإعلان أو الترويج غير مؤهّلون لهذه المسابقة، ولا هم أفراد في أسر هؤلاء الموظفين (المحددين كما يلي: الآباء
