Maysalward as Chair of the Jordan Gaming Taskforce, organized the third Gaming Summit yearly event in Amman, Jordan (Nov 16 & 17, 2013). Over 375 attendees over two days discussed the latest on the gaming industry regionally & internationally. Speakers included Epic Games, 343 Industries, Infinity Ward, Epic Games, Unity & Vserv. The start up & investment scenes was also discussed by regional developers with discussions on what is needed to build the industry for Jordan to become the gaming hub of the Middle East.
Several initiatives were also announced & launched including AppCircus and Sony training grants. On the second day workshops took place with more detailed look on Unity, Nokia Windows Phone 8 development & graphics / animation.
