By registering for this workshop organized by Maysalward, the participant agrees to the following terms:
- Registration
Registration is confirmed only after submitting the required registration form and, where applicable, completing payment. - Participant Information
The participant confirms that all submitted information is accurate and may be used by Maysalward for registration, communication, attendance management, certificates, and workshop-related updates, in accordance with applicable Jordanian data protection laws. - Fees & Cancellation
Workshop fees, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with the announced payment terms. Cancellation, refund, or transfer requests are subject to Maysalward’s announced policy for the specific workshop. - Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward trainers, organizers, and other participants. Maysalward reserves the right to refuse or remove participants in the event of misconduct. - Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, presentations, exercises, and content remain the property of Maysalward or its licensors and may not be copied, shared, sold, or reused without prior written permission. - Photography & Media
Maysalward may take photos or videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes, unless the participant notifies Maysalward in writing before the workshop. - Changes to the Workshop
Maysalward may change the workshop date, time, venue, trainer, or format when necessary and will notify registered participants. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Jordan.
الشروط والأحكام للتسجيل في الورشة
بالتسجيل في هذه الورشة التي تنظمها ميس الورد / Maysalward، يوافق المشارك على الشروط التالية:
- التسجيل
يعتبر التسجيل مؤكداً بعد تعبئة نموذج التسجيل المطلوب، واستكمال الدفع إن وجد. - بيانات المشارك
يقرّ المشارك بأن جميع البيانات المقدمة صحيحة، ويوافق على استخدام ميس الورد لهذه البيانات لأغراض التسجيل، والتواصل، وإدارة الحضور، وإصدار الشهادات، وإرسال التحديثات المتعلقة بالورشة، وذلك وفقاً للتشريعات الأردنية المعمول بها لحماية البيانات الشخصية. - الرسوم والإلغاء
يتم دفع رسوم الورشة، إن وجدت، حسب شروط الدفع المعلنة. وتخضع طلبات الإلغاء أو الاسترداد أو نقل التسجيل للسياسة المعلنة من ميس الورد لكل ورشة. - السلوك
يلتزم المشارك بالتعامل باحترام مع المدربين والمنظمين وباقي المشاركين. وتحتفظ ميس الورد بحق رفض أو إنهاء مشاركة أي شخص في حال سوء السلوك. - الملكية الفكرية
جميع مواد الورشة والعروض والتمارين والمحتوى مملوكة لميس الورد أو لأصحاب الحقوق، ولا يجوز نسخها أو مشاركتها أو بيعها أو إعادة استخدامها دون موافقة خطية مسبقة. - التصوير والإعلام
يجوز لميس الورد التقاط صور أو فيديوهات أثناء الورشة لأغراض التوثيق أو الترويج، ما لم يخطر المشارك ميس الورد خطياً قبل موعد الورشة بعدم رغبته في ذلك. - تعديل الورشة
يحق لميس الورد تعديل تاريخ الورشة أو وقتها أو مكانها أو المدرب أو طريقة انعقادها عند الضرورة، مع إشعار المشاركين المسجلين. - القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص المحاكم الأردنية المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
